Ken Roble General Time was running out for The Rock. In 1979 the Kansas City Terminal management was ordered by the ICC to manage the Rock in its last days. When KCT began managing the Rock, this ment the Rock was finished, it was a matter of time. 10/8/2005 12:09:03 AM
